One unique affordable little tool. I have a lot of tools and lots of 1/4" ratchets & attachments. This 1/4" Mini Flex Head Ratchet is a fine addition to any tool box. I owned this ratchet set about 10 minutes and it paid for itself and gave me back change! I was going to have to remove electrical connections, hoses and cabin air intake cowling to get to the back of my favorite roadsters motor. Thats a couple hours by itself to properly disassemble/reassemble all those components for changing an oddly placed fuel rail pressure regulator. No problem, the head of the ratchet has a great push & lock button that locks on so well, I didn't even lose the fastners, much less have a socket popping off. This little ratchet fits in the palm of your hand and bends at the neck 180 degrees. 90 degrees up & 90 degrees down. The 72 tooth ratchet is smooth and seems to have good muscle for a ratchet of its size. It came with a 1/4" hex to 1/4" socket adapter for possibly a drill chuck or bit driver ratchet or the ever popular hand driver. It also comes with 11 universal spline sockets running from 4 to12mm, but it gets even better. The set comes in a really nicely made 4 3/4" X 3 1/4" aluminum box with a latch and a viewing window on top. Theres more, I was very impressed that the box was lined with armorflex rubber, not foam rubber or the ever growing blow molded insert. If you know what armorflex is, then all you need to know is the sockets fit snuggly in there perspective sized slot. The rachet & the adapter lay next to each other and though not as deeply countersunk into the armorflex, they stay put! I have to admit that I had never heard of Sunex tools, but have had similar styled name brand ratchets at several times the cost of this whole set. They seem to go missing if you turn your back, everyone wants to use it. I think this one is of just as good of quality and plan to order another for a friend, otherwise he'll be continually borrowing mine. This will make any gearhead a great gift and you might be able to keep your eyes on your own. I highly recommend this diamond in the rough.
