this is tinier than i had imagined (my fault for not measuring) - put together, its not much bigger than a golf ball. the real problem is the material is plastic, and melted when i attempted to use the cutter to re-cut the warm pieces as they came out of the oven, in order to ensure the pieces were the correct size for assembly. not very useful there. i suppose if you were not particularly fastidious about your construction, this cutter would do. i used it for a kids holiday party, and it was definitely the right size for them to be able to enjoy the thrill of putting a house together but not having to spend time/money on the dough required for a traditional sized house.
